ClipPrompt Terms of Service

The service

ClipPrompt writes video prompts. It analyses a short video and produces a shot-by-shot prompt in Wan 3.0 format. It does not generate videos, and it is not affiliated with the Wan model provider. The current build is a preview: it shows a worked example and previews a selected video locally in your browser, with no live analysis. The live reverse tool is a separate, later release.

Accounts

ClipPrompt requires no account, no sign-up and no login. Paid access is handled through reverse credits tied to the email address you pay with.

Reverse credits and pricing

• First reverse free: your first reverse completes before any paywall appears.
• Reverse Credits — 10 reverses — $5 one-time (USD, taxes included). Credits are delivered instantly and are tied to the email you pay with; the live tool unlocks them when you enter that email. Credits are non-transferable and do not expire while the service is running.
• Payments are securely handled by Creem, our merchant of record. We never see your card details.

Refunds

Reverse credits are a digital service delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered. If a payment fails, credits are not delivered, or you are charged in error, write to peter.12312367@gmail.com and we will resolve it with Creem, including a refund where one is due.

What the tool cannot promise

A reversed prompt recovers an equivalent prompt, not the exact original wording: videos carry no prompt metadata, and generation is random. We do not guarantee that any prompt will reproduce your exact video, that timestamps will be honoured frame-accurately, or that the service will be available without interruption. You are responsible for how you use the prompts the tool writes.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to submit any video you analyse, and you must use the service lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the videos you submit and the prompts you generate.

Liability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the credits concerned.
